Prices and payment
Product prices are shown inclusive of VAT. Your shopping basket shows the total price including all fees, VAT and shipping.
You can view the payment terms in the shopping basket after choosing your payment method. You can view the delivery terms in the shopping basket after choosing the delivery method.
For Finland we use payment service Klarna Checkout - Klarna Invoice, Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, AmEx), internet bank or installment payment. Read Klarna´s terms & conditions in Finish here.
For all other countries within Europe (see deliveries) we use Nets Easy (Visa/Mastercard). Read Nets Easy terms & conditions here.
Shipping fee is € 8,90.
You have 14 days to return the product in its original condition. Your message to us must clearly indicate that you don’t want it. The 14 days are counted from the date you receive the product or a significant part of it. Please contact our customer service on +46 8 534 88 500 for more information about how to return your product.
When returning products:
The product must be in its original condition. You must not use it or in any way open the package/break the seal. If the product is damaged or lost through your carelessness, you lose the right of refund.
Delivery time is normally 6 working days. Longer delivery times may occur during the high season. All orders within Europe will be delivered with UPS. Orders made from www.kerstin-florian.eu, can be shipped within following contries:
- The Netherlands
- Åland Islands
If you don’t retrieve the goods you’ve ordered, you will be charged € 15,00, which corresponds to the expenses we had for the order (return shipping, service charge and handling fee).
All orders are packed and shipped from KFI Spa Management´s main warehouse. We handle the whole order process.
We also delivers to Sweden, Denmark and Norway. Terms and Conditions for each country can be found at there specific website. Chose your country in the top menue before you begin to shop.
Returns are made at your own expense unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. Returns must be sent postage paid, not COD. When you return a product, you must inform our customer service and send the product back in its original condition.
If you return the product within the 14 day returns window, we will refund the purchase price no later than 30 days from the day we received the item or the message that you were returning it. You pay the return postage yourself.
